Return Policy

Returns

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all new item sales. We will gladly accept a return if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Some returns may be subject to handling and/or restocking fees.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are outside the window of offering a refund or exchange.

Shipping and handling fees incurred will be charged to all customer returns.

CANCELLED ORDERS: There is a non-refundable 2.7% credit card fee on all returns and canceled orders, for any order paid for with a credit card.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: We offer many custom-made products, specifically custom sized and shaped covers and liners for swimming pools. Returns are not accepted on any custom item for any reason. If we make a mistake with your custom order, we will repair or replace the item to satisfy the original order. Custom pool covers and liners carry a manufacturer's warranty only when they are custom made specifically for the pool they are used on, and are installed and used properly.

NON-NEW PURCHASES: All Open-Box, Scratch-and-Dent, Used, Like New, Returned, and Refurbished sales are final. All sales including Complete Setup of goods are final upon the signed acceptance of the goods by the consumer.

SERVICES: Services are non-refundable. All local delivery, setup, installation, and/or other service fees are non-refundable upon attempt to complete the service.

REPLACEMENT PARTS: All sales of Replacement Parts of whole goods are final. Most Replacement Parts orders are fulfilled by parts being removed from complete, whole goods. These parts are not returnable or restock-able for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a short time frame.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, just let us know at Service@CharliesWholesale.com. In the event that a replacement of the item ordered is not desired, a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase.

Always use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance when shipping any return item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we must have a tracking number showing that the item was delivered to process a refund.

Charlie's Wholesale is not affiliated with any professional installation companies. Charlie's Wholesale can assume no responsibility for errors in installation of any product either by the homeowner or a professional installer. If your product is installed by others, please supervise the installation process and ensure the steps detailed in your owner's manuals have been followed.
